Hannibal, Mo. – The Hannibal-LaGrange University Track and Field team added Jacob Clark this week to their list of Fall 2017 signees.  Clark is from Richmond, Missouri which is located outside of Kansas City.  He attends Richmond High School and lives with his parents Paula and Michael Bliss.
